The timing of your review

Once your grant application has been received by the Center for Scientific Review (CSR) it will be assigned to an initial review group (IRG) and to a funding Institute or Center. As soon as possible, usually within four weeks, the applicant and the business official of the sponsoring institution will be sent a mailer with the following information: the application assignment number; the name, address, and telephone number of the Scientific Review Administrator of the IRG to which the application has been assigned; and the name and telephone number of the assigned Institute contact person. If this information is not received within a month of the receipt date, contact:
