Getting a dilated eye exam at least once a year and keeping TRACK of your diabetes can help keep your eyes healthy as well as the rest of your body. So, take your medications as prescribed by your doctor. Reach and maintain a healthy weight. Add more physical activity to your daily routine. Control your ABCs: your A1C, which measures your blood sugar over time; your blood pressure; and your cholesterol. And, if you smoke, kick the habit.
