Contact Point/Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist: Elaine Estrella, estrellaek@mail.nih.gov

North American Classification System (NAICS) Code (include): 334515

Classification Code:  Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The National Eye Institute (NEI) is working with collaborators at FDA to deploy two adaptive optics optical coherence modules in duplicate at both sites. The design for the electronics components will utilize the digitizer. Since we are pairing this with a custom high speed Fourier Domain Mode Locking (FDML) light source from Optores, Optores concluded in their a specific digitizer part is needed as part of the electronics design on the subsystem within the next generation adaptive optics instrument being built.
