Product Specification:

The requirement is for the purchase of above NanoPhotometer® N120-TOUCH UV/Visible Spectrophotometer. Nanophotometer N120 from IMPLEN (Germany) is a very precise and more advanced device and produces an absorption spectrum of very good quality. Allows to measure spectral parameters for 12 protein 2 microliter samples simultaneously including wild-type and mutant variants in triplicates or duplicates. In traditional methods, we have to spend 100-400 microliters of protein per measurement.  Using this device will save a lot of our work time and protein samples.
