Engaging with the Media

Partnering with local news media — including newspapers, radio stations, and TV networks — is a powerful way to reach people in your community.  

You and your media partners can work together to: 

  • Share important messages about low vision and vision rehabilitation 

  • Raise awareness about eye health in your local community 

  • Get the word out about your organization and programs

Share our resources with your local media partners

You can help educate members of the media about eye health and eye diseases. When reaching out to community newspapers and other media outlets in your community, share our ready-to-use articles, videos, infographics, and infocards with them.
