Background

The National Eye Institute lab generates many transgenic mice and genome editing mice by pronuclear microinjection of DNA transgene constructs and CRISPR-Cas9 into mouse embryos. 

Purpose and Objective

The Purpose of this acquisition to purchase benchtop incubator which is needed to culture and maintain the embryos in the process of production of transgenic and genome editing mice model. It will also be used when isolating embryos, in transferring them between media dishes and when preparing embryos for culturing or transferring to recipient females.
