Research interests: My main interest lies in the epigenetic mechanisms underlying dynamic cellular change processes. My current research focuses on understanding the epitranscriptomic mechanisms underlying cell regeneration/degeneration, proliferation and differentiation studied in the context of retinal development, aging and retinal diseases.
