Research interests: I will be working on testing gene-modifying therapies for AMD and other retinal degenerative diseases using patient specific retinal organoids as a model system. My research focuses on evaluating the safety and effectiveness of these approaches to advance targeted treatments for retinal degeneration and vision loss.
