Biography
A molecular biologist with expertise in genetics, I have extensive experience in molecular lab work and bioinformatic analysis, as well as in light, confocal and electron microscopy, including super resolution microscopy. My academic background is in comparative genomics and phylogenomics of vision, and my research looks at the molecular basis of phototransduction and the fovea, and how disease impacts both.
