Research interests: Elucidating mechanisms that contribute to various retinopathies and may participate in aberrant signaling in other tissue types. My current focus is using available next generation sequencing and proteomic data from human and mouse retinopathy studies to design experiments to validate signaling pathways and identify possible targets for therapies.
