Biography

In her research, Sadie investigates the expression of cytokines in maturing T-cells. She is especially interested in Interferon gamma and the role that three-dimensional chromatin organization plays in this cytokine’s tightly controlled expression.

Sadie received her Bachelor of Science from Dickinson College with honors in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She completed her thesis in the lab of Dr. Kristen Guss, exploring Yorkie expression in the growth regulatory Hippo pathway during Drosophila embryogenesis.
